This looked and tasted like real nicorette gum but the strength listed was wrong. I ordered 2MG, it said it was 2MG but this must be at least 4MG. 48 hours of stomach cramps and hiccups I contacted the NHS for advice and was told it was nicotine poisoning. After not having any gum for a day the symptoms disappeared. I bought some more 2MG nicotine gum from a chemist and it was fine. I tried one more piece of this and the cramps and hiccups returned.

I bought nicotine chewing gums and used them for longer than it's reccommended. I ended up with chronic pancreatitis. I stopped taking them and after a couple of months things returned to normal. Never expected that. Just in case someone would say - it could be something else - I bought previously the gums and had the same problem and no clue what was causing it. It's the gums.

At first, these taste like normal gum! After a few minutes chewing, there’s an awful bitter taste and I had to spit them out. I didn’t use them long enough to know about their performance as a smoking replacement, but I would not recommend.

This gum has changed, It takes disgusting now, And makes me feel sick. Ive been using this a long time, The taste is very different now. I'm done buying this.

Not working unfortunately My husband says that it not give him anything and taste not as good as he was hoping

Was enjoying them until I discovered most chewing gums contain micro plastics, so will stop using it having found a micro plastic free nicotine gum instead.
