Great support for ADHD teens
As a parent and someone who’s learning more about ADHD, I found this workbook really practical. What I liked most is that it doesn’t just explain the challenges—there are concrete tools kids can actually try, like checklists, planning pages, and mindful coloring. The mix of CBT-style exercises with positive affirmations makes it encouraging instead of overwhelming. I can see how it would give teens (and parents, too) more structure and confidence in handling school tasks. Definitely a resource I’ll keep using.

A mindful activity guide that helps to better understand one's ADHD brain
The ADHD Teen Brain Organizer for School is a mindful activity guide that addresses the various hurdles of an ADHD brain. I greatly appreciate the emphasis the book makes on taking regular breaks to allow the mind to rest and reset. Throughout the book, there are various exercises to help identify distractions and hurtful thoughts, as well as guides to creating routines and breaking down tedious tasks into super bite-sized steps.

Always hard to get an ADHD kid to focus, even with workbooks!
There are some nice sheets in this book to work on. I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I can't get my inattentive child to actually work on it. She did some pages for homeschool assignments, but unless I'm nagging her constantly, it's just too hard for her to do.

A real support for ADHD students
This book blends practical tips, activities, and affirmations that help teens get more organized and build confidence. I liked that it’s not just theory but gives simple tools to use every day. Very helpful for students and also for parents looking for extra support at home.
