I used it on my bleached hair without a problem. It's not specifically targeted for use on bleached hair, it's for all hair. It's a good vegan conditioner. Left mine soft and tangle free.

Does this contain any proteins?

I don't think it does, if you are doing the curly girl method, curlsmith has just launched in the UK and they have protein products, also the inkey list has some great ones too. Hope that helps.

Does the label peel off this bottle? So i could refill?

Yes it does. Any stickiness left after taking off label can be removed with a small amount of baby oil and some rubbing
