Successful hair growth for me for thinning hair
I have been taking these along with multivitamin and biotin supplements for 3 months. (Iโve always take these MV and the biotin since summer 2025). I am mid 40โs, female, with very fine and thinning hair. I have just started to notice significant growth, particularly around the front of my hairline, where the thinning is more noticeable. I am not sure if it is this supplement or the combination, but I definitely think itโs had an effect. I have about 2 inches of growth, so lots of โfly awaysโ. I have never noticed this before as I have always had fine and thin hair, and even my husband has commented on it looking like thereโs growth, and generally thicker all over. I am continuing to take this and I also do a micro needle roller and then rosemary oil applied to scalp for an hour, once a month. I think Iโm going to add in between pumpkin seed oil, as Iโve read this blocks the testosterone conversion which is what causes hair follicles to shrink (please do your own research). Overall I am really pleased with the effects and will continue to take this supplement.

Good value, pretty easy to swallow but it is the size of a normal omega 3/fish tablet. But probably not too effective if you are buying this for hair growth.
