I go between the strawberry BPN and the lemonade Transparent Labs and I like that the BPN is a little cheaper! The strawberry flavor is incredible and I always feel hydrated after drinking it. It mixes really well too.

Had a friend let me try this flavor and it is very good. I really like a competitor (Re-lyte) but I know BPN is a good company and since I tried it once before I figured I would give it a try. It isn’t overly salty. I like salty electrolytes but my wife and many others do not. This is much sweeter than others so I would suggest more water than less. Value seems good compared to BPNs website and comparable electrolyte mixes. It seems to work well for keeping me energized and going on long runs and overall feel good after having it on a hot day!

This is my absolute go to for electrolytes. Tasted good, and is made with quality ingredients. I usually dissolve it into 3-4 oz of hot water just to ensure it fully dissolves then add in cold water. Flavor is good, very micronized in texture, and another good product from BPN.

These are the best. They are super clean and very tastey. They have significantly boosted my hydration and recovery after lifts/long runs. It mixes super well too with water. I have even mixed it with carbonated water and it was delicious. It is also a good value for high quality electrolytes with a great flavor and little to no sugars.
