The BEST eyedrops for dry eyes ever. Ive tried plugs for my tear ducts but that didn’t work. I’ve used every brand for extreme dry eyes— refresh, systane, visine, blink, clear eyes, thera tears, and more! I even have a prescription for xiidra which I can never consistently use because that, and everything else, regardless of the model within the brand (i.e., “severe, balanced, etc.” all feels like water and instantly feel dry again in minutes or less. This is the ONLY brand that is thicker and more viscous, so it coats the eye and more importantly STAYS on the eye for at least an hour to hours. It adheres somehow and feels like a real barrier. It’s instant relief. In my area, they discontinued this exact brand and sub-type for some reason I have no idea why. I tried a different sub-model of this (a non-“gel” type), but that was like the other brands and had the effect of water. Thank God I have a subscription to this on Amazon, it is a lifesaver and the only one that works. I use this gel drops religiously. Subscribe to it! It’s incomparable.

Great gel drops for Bell’s Palsy, very moisturizing. I put 2 drops at night tape my eye shut. In daytime I put 2 drops last long too, but then I follow up through the day with preservative free drops same brand.

Finding the perfect balance between a thick, gooey gel and a harsh, salty drop, these gel drops are my repeated go-to for comfortable, soothing relief of dry eyes. It's a bit expensive for what you get, but at the rate I use it, it's almost empty by the time the expiration date comes up, so it's the perfect amount.

Works great for my dry eyes & the effect lasts a few hours, sometimes all day, I tried the other famous brand that my eye doctor recommended "Sys...e" that was no good it irritated my eyes so badly I had to rinse them out with water. Not trying to "bad mouth" them just saying if that happens to you try this brand. I bought the nighttime ointment as well, both work wonderfully.
