It does not come in black. There is no wand available however it can be purchased by the gallon or 5 gallon pail. **Q: How many cans do you need for a full size truck?** A: I have a small 99 4Runner and I bought a case of six. You may coat it the first time, but you'll constantly see lil places you missed. I still have three cans left. **Q: how do you remove product after two years to get back to metal? Power washering not strong enough.** A: Haven’t had to remove product but any strong solvent like acetone should do the trick. Use acetone to remove product **Q: When Sand existing rust then applying Does it actually stop/remove/convert any existing rust?** A: The container says you can apply directly on tight rust not flaking off. I guess it will mitigate further rusting if you keep it applied. I put it on a new truck last fall and will do it again this fall.
