Excellent pump! I’ve been freed from my spectra pump! I’ve been using this pump exclusively for a month, 4-5 sessions per day. The cups fit well into my bra, they are not overly large, pretty quiet and lightweight. ( I’ve used the willow pumps in the past and they are huge, heavy and loud. And inconsistent, the parts are finicky resulting in variable suction/function.) The amount of milk expressed is more than i anticipated (when comparing to my spectra pump). Yes, my pumping session are 30-40 minutes but its worth it if you can multitask. I can feed my 3 month old a bottle and hold her while using this pump. I can pick up and play with my 20 month old while pumping as well. I’ve only experienced leaking once and that was when i was bending over picking up toys. This product has truly been a game changer and will definitely help me to pump longer!

DO NOT BUY THIS WITHOUT CHECKING IF THEYRE SELLING REPLACEMENT PARTS YET!!!! I wish I knew when I bought it. This is a great pump and I really liked it as a comfortable wearable when I needed to be more mobile. BUT I’m just furious that I spent so much money on this and I can’t buy any replacement parts due to normal wear and tear. This thing launched in October 2024 and they still don’t sell silicone parts separately (which break down from frequent use and should be switched out every few months to keep up good suction!) I saw on some pumping message boards that you apparently have to go through hoops and send chats to their customer service bot about damaged parts (and include pictures) and then they might send you replacement parts. I tried that and just got the runaround everyone else did. They wouldn’t say when they would sell replacement parts (which blows my mind they didn’t factor this into their launch) I’ve just been using it maybe once a day or every other day to conserve parts, and the output is noticeably less, so now it’s going to be a $270 paperweight.

Ok, after using it for 6 month, I can say this is a solid pump, great fitting options, and the pumping result is even better than my hospital grade stationary one. Easy to clean. However, here are some issues: 1. if you have fuller breasts, this or I guess any wearable pump would be quite weird to wear. You can't do anything while using it. Don't even think about workout/holding baby/housework. 2. The machine part is a vibrator, and it's loud. I can use it in my car. But using a vibrator in more populated public - let's say a restaurant - still doesn't sit right with me. I would rather whip my breast out and just feed the baby. 3. Because it's loud vibrator nature, it is a major sensory overload and sincerely not good for mental health. But at the end of day, it is functionally a solid pump. I may set it on fire once I'm done with it though.

Excellent pump. I love it's suction. It was the same as my plug in medela. Switching to it gave me more freedom. I was producing only up to 2oz from each side, for these small volumes it was perfect, I could even bend while pumping. Not sure how it works for larger volume.

I love this pump because it's very lightweight in my bra and very discreet! You can barely hear any sound from the pump and it's easy to put on and take off. There aren't that many parts to wash each time too, so that makes pumping easy when not at home! I also get the same amount of milk output with this pump as I do with my Spectra! It took a little while (maybe 2 weeks) for my body to adapt to the pump and produce the same amount of milk as my Spectra. Honestly, this is my preferred pump throughout the day! I'm thinking of buying a second one to make cleaning easier and less frequent throughout the day:)

It’s comfortable and quiet and I was really hoping I could use this when I go back to work but I can only get half the milk I get with my spectra and it takes double the time to only get half of what I need! It definitely is not hospital grade suction and I wish I could get my money back.

As a NICU mom (baby is allergic to all formula) and exclusive pumper, returning to work, having a good, reliable pump was critical for me. The pump itself is AMAZING. Although there are no replacement parts available and customer service is absolutely terrible. As someone who pumps as much as I do, replacement parts are critic. I have reached out multiple times asking for one part that needs to be replaced and it took me 3 times reaching out for someone to say they will “start” the process on getting a replacement part. The prior calls I was told I needed to pay for a new pump all together if I wanted replacement parts… unfortunately I don’t have hundreds to spend on a whole new pump. Nevertheless, it’s been almost 2 months since I’ve been told I’d receive the replacement part and I still haven’t received anything. I truly wish I bought another pump. Customer service seems to not care about your story, you or your baby in my experience.

Absolute BEST pump I’ve ever used. It is so comfortable and SILENT. You want to pump in public? No one will ever know you are! Comes with multiple sizes flange inserts to fit any breast, the silicone is so comfortable on the skin, and because it has a motor separate from the pump itself you are able to get MEDICAL GRADE SUCTION & HANDS-FREE + LEAK-FREE comfort. Would recommend this pump to anyone who breast feeds and it is my favorite over others I’ve used such as Willow, Motif Duo, and Momcozy S9

A very bad pump that doesn’t empty me out and it’s very painful although I’ve tried all the flange sizes and now it affected my supply. Such a waste of money

I used the very first pump with my first born; loved it and this one is even better. Comfortable fit, great to have the app and definitely on par with the hospital grade pump. Makes pumping so much easier and efficient. I highly recommend it to mums purchasing a pump that can be used at home, on the go and whilst you’re holding baby and getting on with your day!

I ordered this as my previous pump had stopped working, I’ve never used an Elvie before so wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m really impressed! The hands free aspect is so useful it saves so much time and means I can pump at the same time as working and typing. It also doesn’t leak at all, it’s fab!

I had an Elvie single with my first baby which was an amazing part of my breastfeeding journey and I knew I wanted to upgrade to the newer model for my second child! The instructions and app are so easy to use, it’s discreet and most importantly it fits excellently, meaning no postpartum crying over spilt milk!
