I just got this product and I just made the first impression of my upper teeth. I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised with how well it turned out. It is accurate, soft, and feels comfortable. I got this because my dentist made a very expensive snore guard oral appliance for me during sleep, but I also wanted it to protect my teeth. The one from my dentist is hard and tight, and it pulls on my teeth. I know this one won’t help with snoring, but it looks like it will help with clenching my teeth in my sleep. I’m hoping each one lasts a good amount of time, but that is TBD. I don’t have an accurate thermometer, so I microwaved cold water for 60 sec, dipped for 20 sec - was not soft enough yet. I did another 30 sec in microwave and dipped 20 sec - still not quite there. I did another 45 sec in microwave and then dipped for 30 sec. This time I could see it softening in the water. Pulled it out, let it cool for 5 sec, then placed in my mouth and bit down, sucked in, and pushed all around my teeth with my fingers. Then I let it cool and here it is! With this I think the key is going slow with the hot water. When the piece softens, it happens fast, and I think that’s where people have made bad reviews of theirs melting. Good luck! *Update: the guard fit comfortably and secure all night. Very nice fit. After waking up, I noticed bite marks on the bottom of the top guard from my lower teeth, suggesting I clench my teeth in my sleep. Hopefully this guard helps with that! ** 9 day update: I’m obsessed with this mouth guard. My tooth pain is gone from clenching at night. The first guard I made is holding up great, still fits comfortably, easy to clean, etc. Do not hesitate to buy this product!

I bought this mouth guard for grinding my teeth at night, and it’s been working great so far. It was very easy to mold to my teeth, and the instructions were clear. I’ve been wearing it for about two months now, and it’s still holding up well. It’s comfortable enough to sleep with and has definitely helped with my teeth grinding. So far, very satisfied — 5 stars!

This mouth guard has really helped with my teeth grinding at night. It’s comfortable to wear, molds easily for a custom fit, and stays in place while I sleep. I’ve noticed less jaw tension and fewer headaches since using it. A great option if you're looking for a simple, affordable solution to nighttime grinding.

the mouth guard os manufactured in a way that is to tall to the front of the mouth where it hits your gum line as well as the saem for the bottom...the guard is made of very good material and is thick which great however it tapers inside and downward and pushes your back teeth inward to the point that it is cery uncomfortable. i tried to stretch it and form it by soaking it in hot water and stretching it however that simply did not work...i wouldnt ask amazon for a return because i took one and put it in my mouth. so from that point i dont know if amazon would really take it back that reason! i mean i would send remaining guard because they came in a box of 3 but you guys onow what i mean. so thats the reason i gave it that rating. plus normal people jaw line opens up as your teeth/bit goes back into your mouth..i feel this is for like kid age 5-10 maybe but not adults..

I sooooo wanted this to work but didn’t for me. The instructions were straight forward, boil and bite. But after nightly use it became clear that it made my TMJ pain significantly worse. I have no other option than to get an expensive, custom made night guard from the dentist. It’s a good product, just didn’t work for me. Could be due to material being too soft and turning it into a “chew toy” for involuntary nighttime grinding. Or the positioning of my bite. In any case my TMJ needs a pro instead of OTC. Not their fault, it’s just life *shrug*.

Great alternative until you can get to the dentist. Helped with my TMJ momentarily.

These are really great! I am a very aggressive teeth grinder when I sleep so I need a mouth guard that is sturdy yet comfortable and these fit that perfectly. The material is pliable enough that they are smooth and comfortable yet are also strong. When heating them, I started with hot tap water and put it in the microwave for one minute. I took the water out of the microwave immediately when it bubbled. If the water is too hot they will melt so be careful. When molding the guard to my teeth I bit down pretty hard and also flattened it against my front teeth to avoid it being too thick in the front. Overall these are a great value for the price and I received 4 guards so I have extras to make when it is time to get a new one. Highly recommend!

Hey all, gonna review this honestly. No I’m not staff and no I’m not affiliated. I’m just a normal customer with some seriously painful night bruxism. 😩 This is seriously the best, most comfortable mouth guard I have ever owned in my entire life. I’m not kidding either! I had gone to the dentist and they told me I was damaging my teeth from clenching and grinding my teeth so bad every night. I grind my teeth so much at night that I actually grinded my back molars totally flat! I have also chipped my front teeth. So I went looking for a mouth guard to help me stop destroying my teeth. I have tried other mouth guards before but they were all horrendously uncomfortable and would hurt my mouth. Then I gave these guys a try,(Reazeal brand) and I am SOOO glad I did because after following the instructions, I shaped these mouth guards to fit my mouth perfectly! I used all the small ones, the big ones are too big for my little mouth, but I could probably cut them to size if I need to. But so far these are really perfect for me, best of all, I can actually sleep with my mouth closed while wearing them! The horrible mouth guards I had before were so big for my little mouth that it made my mouth stay open and I would drool on ny pillow! Yuck! Talk about embarrassing! But NOT these guys! These guys are REALLY customize for your mouth and fit perfectly because you can customize them for your mouth. This is the only inexpensive mouth guard I have ever owned that saves me from destroying my teeth further. Bruxism is an awful thing for your teeth, so I am so happy that I can save my teeth from further damage without having to cough up $400- $600 for a custom mouth guard from the dentist. I can just keep using these! When they wear down, I will just buy more! If you were looking for a comfortable inexpensive mouth guard, these are the ones for ya! I am so happy I bought mine, I only wish I had bought them much, much sooner because I then I could have saved my poor teeth from all the damage my nightly bruxism inflicted! My grinding was so bad that it actually caused a big hole in my back molar and I actually got an abscess and had to have a root canal! It was so painful the infection spread to my jaw. But I got it all fixed. If only I had these sooner that all could have been avoided! Well, what matters now is that these mouth guards will save me from destroying my teeth any further and especially preventing me from destroying my tooth that the dentists repaired via root canal. These mouth guards really are a life saver. If you’re destroying your teeth like me, or clench and grind so bad you get headaches, I highly recommend these. It will save your teeth! These guys get a full 5 stars from me!!!!
