I was immediately impressed with the quality of this tank. It's so much more sturdy than most of the stuff I saw at the pet store. It feels and looks very high end. After cycling the tank I added a single alien betta and he seems pretty happy. Love the smart features!! I have the auto feeder and the lights on a schedule since Im away every week for a few days for work but the app is great!! My only concern is with the filter media. Everything I read said to lightly clean it so as not to disturb the beneficial bacteria by just replacing it but the filter cartridges don't open. I'd deduct a star from this rating but I think the rating for this tank should be much higher. It's a quality product that I'd highly recommend. I hope they make a 10 gallon in the future! I'd buy one!

I so loved this tank when I first purchased for my beloved betta. All was absolutely perfect and I loved it - until 2 days ago when the tank started to malfunction. The pump continually tells me it is blocked and quits working. I check the pump, no issues to be found. And now it is no longer reading accurate temperature. I am DONE with this piece! Just purchased April of 2025 and only 7 months later no longer works as it should. Do not buy!

The fish tank is amazing, it does everything it says, my fish have a happy life in there, the water flow is smooth, my shrimp life quality is good, it looks amazing with the different lighting it has, you can adjust the brightness as you wish, I don’t recommend use the aquarium light much , it will make all your plants grow too fast and the fish tank will turn green, better use Brooks Stile. My first fish tank was damage, it shows me an error, it said that the water pump was dirty, I cleaned it several times and it didn’t work, after that the light and the bottom stopped working and then the water pump, I had to ask for a replacement, it was a satisfactory experience because the seller was very understanding, he sent me a new tank and I sent him the damage one, and the new one have worked perfectly these months.

After 10 months a few things to he made aware of... 1. the filters are pricey to replace and often unavailable to order. 2. The lights are not as good after a few months, often flickering and poor quality. 3. The self draining function has problems also. Pretty tank, but disappointing after just 10 months.
