I own three of these and will soon purchase a 4th unit. Dependable, easy to pull out hose with a lock that sets the length on a short, fast pull. Mounting is very secure, connecting to a compressor with a built in supply line that is long enough to allow the user to hang the unit 8 feet up on a wall with adjustable stop that allows you to adjust the height of the end of the air hose for an easy reach. The comments on air leaks mean the quick disconnects the user installs, that do not come with the hose reel were not properly installed. Use thread compound designed to seal the threads then check connections with soapy water. All my QD's never leak as I use a thread paste sold at home deport with no problems.

Ive bought 4 of these for the shop so far , the retracting mechanism works flawlessly. The first one is a few month old now and seems to be holding up pretty good . The lengthly hose is great reaches many places without needing extension hoses in our shop

This thing is amazing been using it over a year now. Retractability is great, i've had zero problems with the mechanism and the built in chaser makes the wind perfect every time, never a tangle or snag. The mount is pretty clever with a single screw you can pull the real off the mount if you need to take it somewhere. No leaks which unfortunately is pretty common with hose reels. This is important for me because i only drain my shop air once a month. No leaks prevent the compressor from kicking in when not in use. I highly recommend this.

This gets 4 stars instead of 5 only because it's a little bulkier than I'd like. With that said, it works well and the 80 ft. hose makes it easy to use wherever I need.
