Review: Not cheap but very supportive - Previously I have always worn the BLACK Superfeet insoles (they are thin, so fit most shoes) in my footwear. But decided to try these CARBON insoles for more support in trainers and walking shoes. Goodness, they are excellent. They are almost as thin as the BLACK ones, BUT the arch support is far more robust so gives better arch supports to my feet during long days of walking or travelling. They aren't cheap, but then they stop knee and hip pain, and that is worth it!

Previously I have always worn the BLACK Superfeet insoles (they are thin, so fit most shoes) in my footwear. But decided to try these CARBON insoles for more support in trainers and walking shoes. Goodness, they are excellent. They are almost as thin as the BLACK ones, BUT the arch support is far more robust so gives better arch supports to my feet during long days of walking or travelling. They aren't cheap, but then they stop knee and hip pain, and that is worth it!

Good support. These work very well in low volume / close fitting sports shoes like cycling shoes. The other superfeet version I bought did not. These will noit fit in traditional leather brogues etc.
