First wind driven rain since fitting in August, the weather seal kept out all moisture, grit and debris. Zero leaks, whereas before it would pool on the left hand side - note the amount of grit on the garage wooden door frame it was quite windy. Easy to fit, but make sure you prep the surface and measure accurately in dry conditions.

if you have a gale blowing through the bottom of your garage door with leaves everywhere and water driving across the floor, then this could be the product for you. I have fitted this to a double garage with 2 up and over doors, the area is now dry with no leaves and warmer! Success! Easy to fit if you follow the instructions and take your time. As with everything, you do a good job, you will get a good result!

We had a contractor fit this for us as our garage floor was very uneven. The gap under the door varied and the frame also was not straight. If we have another deluge then we can review the product further.

New build garage with a whopping 25mm gap under parts of the door (varied from 13mm to 25mm), installed this as I was fed up of dust, leaves, and every scrap of rubbish constantly ending up in my garage. Also meant I was able to easily paint the floor without having to worry about dust! And if we have snow this year like we did last winter, then I won’t be shovelling snow from inside the garage! Simple to install, make sure you follow the instructions and its a doddle. Lay it down, make 2 lines with a pencil or sharpie, remove the stop, lay the sealant in the drawn space, place stop back down and let it cure. I trimmed the ends of mine to seal past the door and around the frame. I also added a little spare sealant to the edges just to smooth it off.

After years of my garage flooding when it rains particularly heavily, now it stays dry. Wonderful!

Works very well when fitted correctly. It has stoped all water and leaves entering my garage.

Works well and has cut down a lot on the leaves ,dust, and sand that went under the door and into the garage So garage is a lot cleaner. The fit, however, is not perfect as the door is not quite straight.

Ho acquistato l'articolo in questo periodo estivo e devo dire che già vedo gli ottimi risultati. Le foglie non passano più e anche la polvere fatica ad entrare. Cosa fondamEntale è l'installazione al millimetro in modo che tra il basculante e il weather strip non passi aria. Per applicarlo ci ho messo del tempo perché la striscia va talgiata a misura per ogni angolo e dente della guida del basculante. l vero esame sarà in autunno. Il materiale è molto robusto e adatto a passarci sopra con l'auto.
