The flavor is pleasant, texture is a little hard though. I took the recommended dose in the morning with a light breakfast and by the third day I started noticing the difference. I was not tired by noon and was able to work my shift without a noon coffee. I didn’t have much of an appetite for lunch and had a light dinner and no further munchies before bed. For me they seem to make a bit of difference so I’ll stick to them and see if they aid in weight loss help. I have an extra 30 pounds I would love to lose. Price is right and hoping for the best.

I bought these during a time when I was unable to get my ADHD medication. They certainly aren't a replacement for stimulants, but I did feel better with these supplements than I felt with nothing. A small energy boost and better focus, no side effects. Whether it's just a placebo, I don't know, don't really care. It got me through a tough time. I wouldn't recommend these as a replacement for medication for any conditions, but I would definitely recommend as a supplement to medication, or for people who just need a bit of a boost. And who doesn't love a gummy vitamin?

Recevied expediently. When i took the cap off it seemed as though half the saftey seal may have had weak glue. It opened with the cap but inky part of it seemed closed properly. Taste is decent but they were a tad crunchy like when somethings sugar crystallized. The middle is chewy though. A bit of an after taste but not sure if from how they were packaged being a reason why they were so interesting or they simply are that way. Id say They worked but Id bought some cheaper dummies with less issues that I felt a little more. I'D have to try these again one more time without the opening being an issue. In honesty should have sent them back but I've had this issue a few times this month with some products and just gave this a chance. So 3 stars not the best not the worse but may not order again to see if the same occurs for my body or how the product is off jump.

Keeping my mind at ease the stress far out in the seas of my subconscious mind these really slow you to focus on your task and not let things stump you up along the way! If I could give 10 I would!

I love these! They taste great! Smooth texture. Very easy to take. I am already noticing their wonderful benefits eith quality ingredients. Take 3 times a day with food.
