I have tried countless dry shampoos over the years, but the Batiste Light Zen Matcha formula has quickly become my absolute favorite for daily use. I’m not necessarily the target audience for dry shampoo. My hair is on the dry side and it’s anything but thin, but I decide to give this a go because I heard it can be a make shift texture spray. I thought it was ok. Definetly not a replacement for texture spray; but it does help cut some of the heaviness that product build up can cause styles to weigh down. I try this on my scalp on the day before I wash (when it’s the closest thing to oily) and personally I didn’t notice a big difference. But I’d chuck this up to the fact that I’m not in need of this to begin with. The smell is lovely and the spray is strong and light. Definetly works as advertised.

I’ve been so nervous about trying dry shampoo since I have super oily hair and problems with dandruff. However, after trying the nighttime lavender (definitely recommend) I decided to give this a try. Personally I have to do some more to my hair than just the dry shampoo, but really does refresh my hair and absorb the oil! The sent is just right, not over powering at all. This is has definitely helped me and will be a godsend on vacays.

The smell is really nice but it doesn’t work that well with my dark brown hair. They’re other one over does work for me, i think the cucumber smelling one.
