I definitely noticed a difference in my energy level, productivity/motivation, and general mood when using this. I put a dropper full in about a cup of water and drink it real fast or sometimes put a dropper in a cup of tea. The flavor isn't great by itself but isn't bad at all in just water and is actually a kind of nice addition to some teas. I started out with using less at a time to see how it effected me. Sometimes I would notice a very dull temple headache for a bit after the second dose of the day, but it always went away shortly and stopped happening at all after about a week of using this. I typically took about 3 dropper fulls per day, one in the morning, one at lunch, and one late afternoon. I noticed though that after I had been using this for a few days I had more motivation and energy even when I didn't use it in the morning. I even found myself having an easier time getting up in the morning. I'd definitely recommend this and am going to try other Herb Pharm products since this and the Anxiety Soother pills work so great.

I have noticed a significant change in my memory recall. I’m taking online classes and can recall more information than I did before. If someone gives me an address I am able to remember it rather than immediately forgetting it. However I noticed that this has causes some intestinal issues and about 30 minutes or so after I take this I have to rush to the loo. I definitely can’t take this if I need to go anywhere. I haven’t seen reviews mentioning this so it might just be me . I do have IBS. I will keep taking it because the gastro issues aren’t as bad as when I started.

It seemed to increase my focus after second day of use. I will buy this again.

So I just started taking this and 1. it tastes terrible but 2. i think it does help with focus but 3. I think it wears off but it does says take 2-3 times a day I can barely bring myself to take it once it's gross!

Ladies! I took this product FAITHFULLY for a year and a half. I’m 50 and I noticed about a year ago my monthly cycles were going crazy. SUPER HEAVY!!! Like unbelievably heavy. I just thought it was menopause or undetected cancer because it was that bad. It was every month and AWFUL. I’m now low on ferritin. I took hormone tests, went on a hormonal diet, exercised, lost 25 pounds, tried so many different ways to stop it with no luck. I started thinking back to what changed. I started this product and Passionflower from this company at the same time. I also decided to research the two supplements. Right away, it said Ginko can cause bleeding and then I read menstrual bleeding!! I thought no way but I stopped only the Brain Boost that day. My next cycle came and not a lot of change so I thought… this isn’t it. I stayed off of it and my next cycle came and a HUGE difference from what I had been experiencing. 6 days and only 2 days being somewhat heavy but manageable. Now I’m 60 days over and still no cycle!!! This is unbelievable and I’m certain the Ginko in the product was causing my issues. I waited 3 months after stopping to post this review and without a doubt… this was NOT good for my monthly cycles. I’m so thankful I figured this out. Again, I was probably different than most because I FAITHFULLY took a dropper full every day for the last year and a half so it might not do this to someone taking it periodically.

Brain food. Keeps you moving forward throughout your day and no burn out. I highly recommend.

I hardly leave reviews if I’ll be completely honest…but this right here is worth it. I’ve always had a sharp memory but as of the past year and a half or so, I find myself having a lot of brain fog, experiencing forgetfulness and it really messed with my mental health. I can’t help but believe that this is honestly life changing for me, and I’ve only started taking it no more than 3-4 days ago. My mental clarity is better than ever (and I’ve also taken fish oil supplements), and I feel more energy than I have in a while. I struggle with stress and anxiety but with this sudden boost of energy and enhanced cognitive thinking, I feel a lot more like myself again. This is purely just my experience, I haven’t had any noticeable side effects personally but I’m a healthy average 26 year old woman with hardly any allergies. The taste of the tincture is very much like rosemary so if you like rosemary, you’ll like this. For anyone who cares and is also a Starbucks fanatic, a few drops of this into a Mango Dragonfruit refresher +lemonade and you will get your entire LIFE, it is so good. I had to share.
