Great tent but the service...
We bought this tent because of previous reviews. The overall weight of this tent is low (49kg), which enabled us to attach it directly to our Subaru Outback (dynamic weight 150#) without purchasing another rack system. It is easy to open and close with one person, although the task is much quicker with 2 people. The tent includes LED lights, which are easily powered up using any USB power bank. The tent is built solidly, and due to its lightweight, we can lift it onto the top of our car easily. The hardest thing about this tent (I think any RTT) is that because my rack is so low to the roof, it is difficult to get my hand beneath the tent to tighten the connectors. My biggest complaint and the reason for 4 stars is that I have been trying to contact the company for a replacement part for 3 weeks through their site and have not heard back from them. I can only hope that the 3 stars will get their attention. If I can get someone to answer, then I could bump it back up...
