I had previously submitted a very negative review of these pens. The seller responded by offering me a full refund, which indicates a commitment to customer service. I am not taking them up on their offer of a refund because I had discovered the problem was with the user not the product. I'm not sure I'm explaining this correctly, but I'll try. The pens have a dab of ink stuck to the tip, which needs to be removed before using them. I'm guessing the dab of ink at the tip is to keep the pens fresh until used. I had not realized that and found them very difficult to use until it occurred to me to try to remove that little dab. That made all the difference. These are good pens and I'm changing my rating to 5 stars because they reached out to me to make things right. I apologize to the company for not changing my review and rating once I realized the problem was me.

Great writing pens!! Have been using black previously I came across these blue ones. I was fed up of using biro’s and pens that didn’t suit a free flowing and quicker writing style. I’ve just ordered some more as I like these that much. Only downside would be they don’t do the refill for them.

I wasn't sure if I like these pens at first, but the more I use them the more I like them. Will definitely reorder
