These are a lifesaver and do what they say. Definitely would learn on a day off in your home for a full 24 hours on how your body reacts to them. If you time it just right you can have a normal day and be home for the right time. Try not to give too much TMI lol

Really cleansing
This product definitely works, but I had to adjust how I take it. The recommended dose was a bit too strong for me and gave me some stomach discomfort, so I switched to taking just one pill instead. Even at that lower dose, I can tell it’s effective—it really does what it claims in terms of cleansing and keeping things moving. If you have a sensitive stomach like me, I would recommend starting with a lower dose and seeing how your body reacts. Overall, it’s a strong product that works, just be mindful of the dosage.
