Perfect sugar-free hydration that actually tastes great – no crash, just results
I switched to Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier Sugar-Free (trying Lemon Lime, White Peach, Raspberry Melon, and Rainbow Sherbet) after realizing the regular version’s 11g of sugar was adding up too much for my daily use. After several weeks, I’m impressed — it delivers the same fast hydration benefits without the sugar or any noticeable crash. What I love: • Zero Sugar & Keto-Friendly — This is the biggest win. No cane sugar or dextrose, yet it still uses Liquid I.V.’s Cellular Transport Technology (with added amino acids like L-alanine and L-glutamine in the sugar-free formula) to help your body absorb water and electrolytes quickly. Great for low-carb, diabetic-friendly, or anyone avoiding sugar spikes. • Taste — Surprisingly good for a sugar-free electrolyte mix. Lemon Lime stays crisp and refreshing. White Peach has a juicy, subtle sweetness (some say it reminds them of peach rings), and Raspberry Melon is bright and tropical. Rainbow Sherbet is fun and unique — a bit creamy and nostalgic, though I dilute it with 18–20 oz of water instead of 16 oz to mellow the stevia/allulose sweetness. No strong artificial aftertaste for me, unlike many zero-sugar drinks. • Effectiveness — Still provides ~500–530mg sodium (22% DV), ~370–380mg potassium (8% DV), plus B vitamins and vitamin C. I notice quicker relief from dehydration during workouts, hot days in New Jersey, travel, or post-illness recovery. It encourages me to drink more water because the flavors make it enjoyable. • Convenience — Same easy single-serve packets. Non-GMO, gluten-free, and no artificial colors in most options. A few honest drawbacks: • Price — Still premium at around $1.50–$2 per packet (better with Subscribe & Save). It’s an investment, but worth it for targeted use rather than everyday if you’re on a tight budget. • Sweetness — The sugar-free versions rely on stevia or allulose, so some flavors can taste slightly sweeter or have a mild aftertaste if not mixed well. A couple of people find certain ones (like Rainbow Sherbet) a bit strong at first — extra water helps a lot. • Sodium — High sodium is excellent for heavy sweaters or dehydration but may be too much if you have high blood pressure or follow a strict low-sodium diet (check with your doctor). Overall, this sugar-free version is a smart upgrade from the original if you’re watching sugar or carbs. It hydrates effectively, tastes refreshing, and fits better into a balanced lifestyle without the extra calories. Would I recommend it? Absolutely — especially for athletes, low-carb eaters, or anyone who wants hydration without the sugar. Grab a variety pack to test flavors (Lemon Lime and White Peach are safe bets). I keep it stocked and reach for it more often than the regular now. 4.7 out of 5 stars for me.

Great Flavor with Zero Sugar
This is my absolute favorite Liquid IV flavor. It gives you all of the hydration and a great taste with none of the sugar. It has a fresh peach taste with none strange after taste.

Great tasting- great hydration.
This was my first experience with Liquid IV. I have no complaints! I love that this sugar free option doesn’t have that funky sugar free taste like some products do. I mixed one pack into a 32oz water bottle and the flavor was still great. I will definitely buy this again.
