Honestly just like alot of people have said here, I'd forgotten what it was like to breathe like a normal human. This has changed my life. As soon as I had put it on once, it was immediately a light bulb moment "OH this is what it feels like to breathe normally". I've not had an issue with the adhesive but it's also not the easiest to get off of the paper it's applied on. So other reviews maybe correct and it may vary depending on who you are.

Doesn’t stop you snoring.

Bought this item to help with my breathing during the nights and as far as design goes, it totally works. It opens up my nostrils and honestly my breathing has never felt so clear. They’re really comfortable too! BUT, after the first night, the magnets fell out if the clip; so that’s one broken I’m unable to use. But my biggest issue is that the sticky plasters are just not sticky enough. They pull away from my nose after about 10 mins of use (I don’t have an oily noise I promise!). I’m finding the strip has peeled away from my nose in the night and I’m back to my usual breathing. I’m finding myself using medical stitch tape just to be able to keep the sticky plaster down! So next time I’m going to try a different brand as the stickies need to be so much more sticky!

These really do help me breathe more easily. They stick on so much that I actually pulls my skin a lot to peel it off. Despite that I’m using them I need them, it is like pulling off a plaster each time.

Apparently these work ,to my wife’s joy definitely help snoring he'll nice and comfortable. Easy to use and apply

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt this earnt a genuine honest review. I've found the magnetic sticky pads to be very adhesive and have had no issues in sticking to my nose. It really does open your nostrils with different fittings to suit you as required. I hate colds, the worse part being the blocked nose, this helps relieve my blocked nose and enables me to breath better. I won't say it makes the world smell different because it doesn't, but I certainly notice a difference in my ability to breath through my nose , with and without a cold using this product. I won't use it for snoring as my snoring doesn't wake me up, so I don't mind , but I certainly will use this when I have a cold

Maybe the worst thing I've ever bought on amazon, barely stick to your face to begin with, if they do the magnet will pull them off and if it does work, it's less effective than 5 other products I've used like this, don't waste your money.
