The kind I usually make says 11-13 min. in the oven. I check at 10, but usually let it go for 11 minutes. **Q: how to clean this product** A: Sometimes it's not that easy. I cook EVERYTHING in it so for greasy stuff (bacon, grilled chicken, hamburgers) I have to wait for it to cool then hold it over the sink open, angled so the water runs away from the mechanical back and Clean it like you would a pan, just slowly so you don't get water under or behind the heating plates **Q: Does cheese stick to bottom?** A: I dropped my frozen Pizza onto the bottom causing several pieces of cheese to fall onto the heated cooking surface. I tried to scrap them off before closing the lid, but the cheese started to melt, I didn't want to burn myself so I resolved to deal with my mistake at clean up time. I was amazed. It didn't stick! Clean up was a breeze. This was the first use. I was worried that the cooking surface wasn't removable. Maybe over time it will change. But it cleaned up fast and easy. I will be purchasing a second one to hurry along pizza night. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Used it for a year, oven saver! *by G***J on November 29, 2023* I have had this product for a year now and it has been perfect for me to use when I don't want to use my oven. (My kitchen is too small for a toaster oven.) There's no lengthy preheating involved and the cook time is considerably shorter than cooking in the oven, thus saving utilities. I simply plug it in, put in a 12" parchment baking liner (use and toss afterwards, no cleaning needed), wait two minutes or so for the green light, and put in the food. I need to observe the food to see when it's done, since the time is shorter than if using an oven. But once I learn the cook time for a food item, I can rely upon that time consistently. When I bought this I wasn't so much interested in cooking pizzas exclusively, but wanted to also cook frozen french fries, onion rings, cookies, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, Jamaican beef patties, and the like. I can say that all of those items I have cooked regularly over the past year and they have come out delicious (and the pizza actually tastes better than oven baked). In my experience pizza and cookies cook best when rotated occasionally (I just rotate clockwise the parchment liner using tongs), and fries and such need to be flipped over. As far as quality, this unit is in as good shape as new one year out. I'm happy to be able to pull this out, make a quick meal, and tuck it away again...no cleaning, no fuss.
