Age of The Primes Deluxe Class The Thirteen Solus Prime, 5.5-inch Converting Action Figure, Robot Toys for Ages 8+

I'm digging these Prime characters. This is the kind of weird stuff I always wish we got back when I was a kid. Solus here is a great figure, if a bit small for something that should be a "prime." But I guess the original 13 came in all shapes and sizes. Solus looks tiny next to her boyfriend, Megatronus. I like the hammer but I hate having to take the head off and slide the handle out of her grip. The alt mode is okay but the transformation is fiddley. The arm panels on mine keep trying to pop off. I'm just going to leave her on display in robot mode anyway. One last thing. She looks a bit like those combiner female bots from a few years back, she's not a retool of those. This is a new mold. And Solus is MILES above those older fembots. So don't she's like one of those.

Solis is such a great figure. I was going to skip the 13 Primes entirely but then I saw her and could not resist. She has really nice paint, is well sculpted, and real shelf presence. The hammer is one of the best weapons I have seen some with a Transformer. My only gripe is that the elbows need more than a 90 degree bend to let her do the very natural pose of shouldering that massive hammer. You can do it, as in my picture, by moving the wrist in but it is definitely a cheat. Despite that limitation she is a great value in my collection.

Great, main gripes are that stuff pops off constantly and the vehical mode isnt super cohesive but, seeing as they don’t canonically transform its fine, extra bonus that doesnt deminish robot mode. Also i wish it was bigger, like voyager class size Posability is fantastic tho, no notes, can even 2 hand her forge

So we've had numerous "Hammer of Solus" and "Forge of Solus" accesories for figures, but never a figure of Solus. We finallly have her and she's great. She has a tabard and hammer that looks like blacksmith gear which is appropriate because she is the the Master Artificer (she created the Enigma of Combination and the Star Saber). She has great articulation, and her shoulder pads giver her some gravitas. I only wish she was "taller" befitting a Prime. She is a legend among legends and truly is more than meets the eye.

Bought for my son, who collects them. He Loved it! Box was carefully wrapped then placed inside another box! So his collectable box was in perfect shape!

I do enjoy her robot mode. And the front half of her vehicle mode is nice. However, during transformation, too many parts simply pop off. It's an easy fix, to pop it back into place, but it's highly annoying to have to deal with.........especially considering that there are many other Deluxe class figures that don't suffer this inconvenience.
