Too hot on bare skin for some I'm sure, and makes you sweaty under clothes which could result in the adhesive coming unstuck. Definitely works but be careful using directly on bare skin.

slowly become very warm . I relocated one after a while. Must place over a layer of clothing .effective if used as dircted.

Excellent for shoulder pain! I applied it to my right shoulder and within a couple of minutes the pain was nearly gone. They heat up within a minute or so and stay in place for hours. I have tendinitis and I am so happy that these work so well.

product was easy to use but it only warmed a little bit. I'm hard pressed to find a use case. to reduce clutter I have discarded them. cannot recommend.

I have a back fusion so I use this warming pad when I play golf in the cold weather to keep my back looser. I had the pad on my lower back for 13 hours now (didn't take it off after playing) and it's still warm. Great product. Will definitely buy again.

I am not impressed with these heat patches. The packaging is a little misleading (what I got was a little different from the images shown on the product page now; hopefully the product page is updated to what the latest product ships with). The packaging for mine shows a picture of the heat patch on a shirtless back, but it does clarify (with a typo) that it's meant to be attached to the shirt. Unfortunately, the adhesive barely sticks to my cotton T-shirt. It also didn't really get too warm, and didn't stay warm for that long and I was simply working at my house for about 3 hours. I'll have to give it another try on my back, but it didn't do much for my arms.

It really helps with pain. I bought it because it said it could be used on my knee, and in other areas as well. It has been a great help on those days when I walk a lot and it hurts at the end of the day. I put it on and felt relief.

They are not super warm, but very long-lasting and stick so well on clothes. It took about 10-15 minutes for them to warm up.

Work so well and don’t have a strong smell.
