didn’t expect to love this as much as I do, but this thing is honestly amazing. The built-in camera makes such a huge difference—you can actually see exactly what you’re doing in real time, which makes the whole process feel way safer and more precise. It connects easily to your phone and the image quality is super clear, so there’s no guessing at all. The design is really well thought out too. The tip is soft and comfortable, and the flexible camera makes it easy to maneuver without feeling like you’re going to hurt yourself. It comes with different attachments depending on what you need, and everything feels high quality and easy to clean. The only thing i wished had some instruction was the tweezers. I dont think they clamp down but other than that, its great. I’ve used other ear cleaning tools before, but nothing compares to this. It’s oddly satisfying to use and actually works. Definitely worth it if you want something effective, safe, and kind of cool to use. I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone!

Works great with high quality of video. Only thing to note is the probe will get warmer and almost hot if used for more than 5ish minutes due to the LED light. Doesn’t get painful but if you’ve got sensitive ears it could cause discomfort.

This is my second Bebird device and it is way better than the first one. I have tried no name brands and they tend to have terrible apps. This one is great. It does take a little while to pair for the first time, but after that 1st time it's fairly quick. There are photo and video options and you can flip the view depending on which ear. The photo and video aren't super crisp, but it's enough to get the job done. I my right ear was feeling full and muffled and it was clearl why after I looked in it with this camera. This helped me remove the wax and I was able to hear clearly again. It has a bunch of attachments, my favorite is the silicone cover to turn the device into an otoscope. It makes it SO much more comfortable, my son who has sensory issues didn't complain at all. My second favorite accessory is the tweezrs. They would have been a huge help when My son got a googly eye stuck up his nostril! As far as the other little tools I like the clear scoops best, but they are extremely easy to misplace. My main complaint is very small, but I do wish the case was a tiny bit bigger to hold the silicone covers, I have already lost it twice. I don't see myself using the tounge depressor, so maybe remove that and make the case a little bigger so it can gold ALL the accessories, then this would be absolutely perfect.

Super easy to hook up to phone & made cleaning my ears so easy. The top that came on it was comfortable & got the job done wall. I like that it's in a case since I use it a lot.

This is truly the greatest thing since sliced bread in the cleaning your ears/getting wax out category! Like most of the other reviews, this gives you a clear picture on your phone of the inside of your ear, shows where the problem areas are and provides a clear picture to allow safe and accurate removal of wax. It works great--until it doesn't. I bought mine in August 2025 and by December 2025, the light would not come on at all. I contacted customer service several times and after 35 days I got a response to recharge it--just an email that said "charge battery"--no more, no less. We tried that at first and it was fully charged and would sync with phone, but no camera light. No further response from CS despite additional request for service--they went dark like the camera light. It is a great idea but if I am going to pay $50 for a product, I want it to last more than 4 months.

I have used this device without hassle multiple times . It makes cleaning easier , better and smooth . Connects to the device promptly. Gives a clear picture of the inside maintaining the caution of course as it’s the most sensitive area to go wrong with . Good for people ear wax accumulation.

I had previously used this brand for the Ear Cleaner with camera and light and it was fantastic, especially when trying to clean my kids ears. I can see the obstruction and get it out quickly and check if my kids have any inflammation. This is my second time buying from this brand which I think it is good quality. Great packing too!
