I am not a big fan of protein bars or protein shakes, and being on a GLP-1 treatment plan, my dietitian wants to ensure I'm getting enough protein. She suggested protein water, and I have found these to be my favorite. These protein water drinks are a great way to get extra protein in your daily diet, and I appreciate the variety of flavors available in this variety pack. The peach mango is my favorite, but the other two are also great. They are a little too sweet for me, so I usually keep them at room temperature and then pour them over a tall glass of ice so that the ice melts and waters down the drink. Or I dilute it about 1/2 and 1/2 with water. There is a slight thickness to the liquid, which is not too noticeable for me, but again, I enjoy it more when it's watered down. I take these along on my hiking trips, and they work great to give me a boost of energy and quench my thirst. Plus, it helps give me a feeling of being full, so it satisfies my hunger for a while, which is a bonus! I usually have one 20 oz. drink per day. I find that if I have one bottle after work that it helps fill me up and I don't eat as much for dinner that evening.

I've loved using this, case after case, both with and without caffeine, for years. Great flavors, clear, not chalky, hydrates, calms down feelings of hunger, and helps you reach your protein numbers. I considered it a fantastic product. I had it on subscription buying several cases each month. I always kept a few bottles in my office and it was a staple for road trips. Alas, the price has increased so much over the last few years that I've dropped the subscription and haven't ordered it again for several months. 5 star product but only 4 stars becase it has gotten too expensive for me.

Tastes great, perfect way to add protein to your diet. I add water or drink over lots of ice as it is a little thicker in consistency than water. I don’t eat great especially in the in morning so it's a perfect addition to my day. I grab one on my way out of the door in the morning and drink in my car. I am a home health nurse so I am on the go lots. I recommend it to all of my patients that need extra protein. I love that there are so many great flavors! It's a great way to add hydration. Being g hydrated can help increase your energy level. I feel it is a great quality choice in drinks. The more consistent you are with drinking it daily the better it works!

Pretty good taste for a protein drink

They are a bit pricey, the flavor is something to be acquired, due to alternative sweetener and a slight medicine flavor. But, if this is to be something as a "regular" drink for you: whether it be for bariatric or other nutritional uses. The constant consumption of phosphoric acid floods the kidneys. One thing that made me take a double take, was the fact that I noticed that the more I drank, the let I had to urinate. My body, especially in my legs, have been retaining water, just from drinking this protein water. I think it has it's uses, but in VERY LIMITED quantities. Maybe drink it every blue moon to supplement a missed meal: just for a few hours, until you can eat a proper meal. But, I wouldn't recommend this as a daily drink. It's hard on your organs, and should be drank 1 per week "maybe". If you're sensitive to products that have ingredients that flood your kidneys, Liver, or other organs with hard to process byproducts, then, this might not be for you... **HELPFUL UPDATE** A mixture of baking soda and water will neutralize and help flush the phosphoric acid from your system... Protein2O is a different kind of protein because it's not creamy like others; instead, it's like refreshing water with protein, making it light and easy to drink.

Great taste and wonderful for hydration and meeting you protein macro goals. Worth it at full price, but also happy to see when they go on sale. I buy lots of flavors and reorder regularly.

I made a mistake and ordered 15g of protein but so delicious already.

I didn’t receive the flavors listed only received cherry and a blue flavor which I’ve had before and was wanting to try something different. If I didn’t like these flavors I would have sent them back so 3 stars

The product is great and flavors are great. The product is overpriced as you can find it in other places with way less price. I ordered last time two from the same item and I received totally different flavors than what I ordered for both items. If you don't have the item just tell that it ran out of stock but sending me different than what I ordered, this is not acceptable.
