These do the job but you need to be very cautious with the battery and not crank for too long there the battery will start to overheat. It’s best to leave it connected for a few minutes, crank a few short times, and if it doesn’t work - pause the work and use another battery to risk damaging the existing one you’re using.

Very great product cheaper than buying a jump box I use every day but not necessarily sure if this is causing damage to my Milwaukee batteries

I got the Jumper Cable Clamps for Milwaukee M18 18V Battery (5.9ft, 8AWG) to keep in my truck. The short 5.9ft length makes them easy to store, and they’re compatible with all Milwaukee M18 batteries. Setup is simple—snap the adapter onto the battery, connect the clamps, and you’re ready to jump-start. I tested it on my mid-size SUV with a dead battery using a 6.0Ah M18 battery, and it started right up after a few minutes of charging. The ABS plastic adapter and silicone-sheathed cables feel durable, and the clamps grip securely. However, there’s no low-voltage protection, so you risk draining the M18 battery too far—I’ve read it can ruin the battery if over-discharged. It’s a great emergency tool for the price, but be mindful of your battery’s charge level.

Every time I have tried to use the jumpers it will instantly drain the battery and not work. Totally useless.
