Normally I do not do reviews, but in this case, I think this product deserves it. Im a healthy 53-year-old Hispanic man. I had taken dhea when I was about 35 years old, but this time Im seeing better results (and less side effects) than before, maybe because now Im older and have less organic dhea production. Before dhea (a month ago) my weight was 75Kg, now after a month Im at 78Kg, this increase in weight is not water nor fat, it's muscle indeed as some colleagues and family have noted. Positive changes include, more stamina, morning erections and more power at bench press, I've been more focused at work and more relaxed. Side effects include sleeping disturbances, more sweating and a weird discomfort in the prostate area. Another weird effect is lower libido, however semen production has increase as well as my testicle size. My plan is to stop taking it for a month and then do another 30-day cycle. Finally, its good to tell that Im combining dhea with 2 Mega Men pills, a good diet and intense calisthenics twice per week. My conclusion is that dhea is excellent for men over 50 but not so good for younger men.

Ok, so I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and promised myself I would write a review. I am a 51 year old male and purchased this for two reasons. First lack of energy/empty feeling and second, lack of sex drive. The product arrived on a Friday afternoon, so I took a pill that day, and have been taking one first thing in the morning since then. I have been using the product for around 16 days. I don't use a lot of supplements et al. but I figured, if this stuff is banned in professional sports, it must do something. What have I noticed? The most remarkable think was improvement in muscle healing after exercise. I run around 25 miles per week and I have been getting to the point where my legs were continuously fatigued. The day after I started taking this, I noticed a great improvement. Second, empty feeling, lethargy-I would say an 80%-90% improvement. I have been more productive at work, and have just felt generally better overall. Next, sex drive. Here I would say I have experienced a 35%-45% improvement. It did not take me back to 20, but it did take me back to 40. I am having better orgasms, more often. I have gone from probably once per week to every other day, so I'll take that! these effects took a day or two to kick in. So, there you have it, one more data point. Placebo effect? Who knows, but I am sold.

Ok, I’m angry now because I paused the app to take a photo of the product and my review vanished! Literally 5 seconds. I’ve been using this product for several years and it has been wonderful at relieving symptoms of menopause and post menopause such as sleep, disturbances, dry mouth, hot flashes, and gum recession. However I just opened my latest bottle of this DHEA, and found that they increased the capsule size significantly. I don’t know why they would increase the capsule size unless it’s to create an illusion of the product filling the bottle more. They use a very large bottle which is 75% empty space: 3.5 inches of air above the actual product. I don’t know why they use such a large container unless they invested money in a large batch of containers and labels that fit those containers and are trying to use them up. I don’t think that justifies changing the size of the capsules, and increasing the amount of filler in each one. So, the capsule size increase is why I changed my rating from 5 to 4. That may go down if I find that the increase in size has somehow affected the efficacy of the contents.

Amazing results! Im 45, pre menopausal I guess, never had what I percieved as as a super sex drive though I never talked with gfs about it. Im just a jeans and tshirt with hiking boots girl. Since metabolism slowing ayear ago I put on 15 stubborn pounds. All my life I was 125 since high school (5'5") and I could eat whatever - never drank beer/ alcohol or anything else. Dove into research: Me, I don't like so much riff raff in a product and wanted a simpler form (I take calcium and vitamin c and D...) so I looked up dhea and arrived at this product. I've been taking for a week first thing in morning and dang busted, I feel horny as in my 20s ! I feel inclined to workout more though mental mood is the same- generally overall happy. I feel SO GREAT though see there are warnings for Dhea so I might go down to 50 mg just to be 'safe'. Shouldn't there be a weight to dhea amount ratio?

Started taking them on a recommendation from my doctor to take a supplement. I’ve not noticed any difference, maybe it’s just me. It’s my second month of using this product. I’ll probably not take them for a month to see if I feel anything less.
