There is no difference in taste but because it has a longer shelf life, either refrigerated or storing in pantry, you don't have expired milk before you get to drink it all. Add chocolate sauce if you choose not to go low-fat. Either way it makes for a great glass of cold milk with cookies!

For anyone that like to drink milk but only a couple times a week and you’re tired of throwing away spoiled milk. This shelf stable milk is the best ever. Once you get it really cold it has the same taste , texture, creaminess and it’s thick just like straight to refrigerate milk. We don't buy milk anymore, but there are times a recipe needs it. We find buying the 8 fl oz self stable cartons work perfectly. If there is any left over, it's minimal.
