Amazing tea
I Purchased two packs of this tea of the wellness tea.I did not like the taste but still I did drink it. but not often one afternoon I was cleaning my garage and I started feeling bad I am type two diabetic so I decided to check my sugar my reading was the highest it was 578 it had never been that high before I ate lunch out something I rarely do so I taking my medication for the day.and I only take it one time a day. my doctor is out of the country and I decided to drink the tea I had 2 cups it was like a miracle my blood sugar dropped I could not believe how much it dropped it went down to 180 amazing that was amazing now I am loving this tea

This tea tastes great and effects me as its name states, with "wellness".

It works!
It works to curb sugar cravings as well as carb binging. I usually buy directly from Herbaly; budget constraints only allowed a one bag purchase this time. This tea is a delightful blend of herbs. I could do without the stevia but it's not overly sweet as some stevia sweetened products.

Not that impressed
Like others say, it has a good taste. I have been taking this for 6 months. I did stop taking metformin at the same time I started taking this tea. I just saw my doctor, 6 month checkup. Blood work came back. I went from a 8.0 A1C to a 7.7. Not much difference. My doctor had put me on Jardiance 6 months ago. So, as far as this tea reducing sugar, I donโt think so. May look into other remedies or teas.
