This is hands down one of the worst products I’ve ever purchased. The machine doesn’t work as advertised — instead of reducing effort, it actually creates more work. Adjusting the flour-to-water ratio is time-consuming, and even then, the results are disappointing. The rotis it makes have a plastic-like texture, turn hard quickly, and each one takes an unreasonable amount of time to prepare. Cleaning the machine is just as frustrating. Flour sticks inside, it frequently displays errors, and troubleshooting them is a time drain. The menu instructions are vague and unhelpful, and you won’t find any reliable guidance or videos online to assist. Customer service was another disappointment. Responses are delayed — understandable due to time zone differences — but every time, a new representative joins the chat and instead of offering real help, they try to convince you to keep the product by offering small, incremental discounts. They don’t provide clear instructions on how to return the product either. Thankfully, Amazon customer service intervened and helped me get my refund. When I was finally given a return address, it turned out to be incorrect — the unit they listed didn’t exist. Luckily, the courier called me, and was managed to redirect the package to the correct warehouse he was familiar with. Overall, there is nothing positive I can say about this product or the company’s service. If there were an option to give zero or negative stars, I would have chosen that without hesitation.
