Very nice for home use. Clearly not commercial quality, it is very thin steel but still solid when in use. Will it support 1,300 lbs? Theoretically, I guess. The pad measures 11 inches wide and is quite firm. I have Life Fitness, Matrix and Hammer Strength commercial equipment in my home gym and this bench is a good value for someone looking for a secondary flat bench with adjustable height which is exactly why I bought it. The folding feature is nice as well if one has a small space to work out in.

It’s constructed extremely well as a good balance between being medium weight and to be able to move it around, but remember these things have to be stirring enough to keep your balance of your entire weight of your body. I would still buy it again. It’s easy as a symbol in good value for your money. And very functional as well.

Very nice addition to my home gym. It was super easy to put together and feels sturdy. Exactly what I was looking for and also light enough that I can move it out of the way. I use my gym as a gymnastic space for my daughter as well so I need to move things out of the way frequently.

I have a home-garage gym with limited space. I already have a larger incline/flat bench that is much heavier and harder to move around. This bench is just what i needed, it is plenty sturdy for what we do. It folds up easy and can be put out of the way. At its highest setting it does wobble a bit but the lower settings are fine. It came well packaged and almost fully assembled. A good extra bench that allows more than 1 person to lift at the same time. Very reasonable price.

I have had it a while, using it infrequently. It is solid. The vinyl seems thin and may not last. The cat easily poked a few holes in it.
