Bought the Pyramid International KUROMI Fuzzy Mug for my daughter, who is a huge Kuromi fan — and this was an instant win. Design-wise, it’s brilliant. Super cute, bold Kuromi styling, and the fuzzy outer sleeve definitely makes it stand out. It’s one of those mugs that immediately becomes “my mug, nobody else touch it.” It works perfectly for hot or cold drinks, and she absolutely loves using it. Now, from a parent perspective… the fuzzy bit is slightly odd. It has to be removed for washing, which adds an extra step and feels a little bit faffy. It’s not difficult — just one of those “oh yes, I have to take this off again” moments. But honestly? She loves it. And that’s the main thing. If you’re buying for a Kuromi fan, this is a guaranteed hit. Just be prepared to handle the fuzzy logistics at washing time. Five stars because joy outweighs minor washing inconvenience every time.

I bought this for my 8 year old niece who loves Kuromi and hot chocolate. This mug holder protects her hands from the hot mug which is such a good design. It looks impressive and it's a solid thick cup which is great. The size was perfect to fill it with chocolates as an additional surprise. She hasn't put it in the dishwasher yet so I can't answer that question and also can't answer the leak proof question. So far it's been great from what I have heard.

Bought as a gift for my wife, who loves Kuromi. It's a good sized mug. The fuzzy cover is removable and it works well at insulating the mug to keep drinks warmer for longer. Being dishwasher safe is always a bonus.

Arrived well packaged and prompt. Item is very pretty. The pink fur does come off with just some velcro and easily goes back on if required. The cup itself seems nice and thick and sturdy. The size of the cup is a good size also. I was overall happy. Thank you very much 😊

Llego en perfecto estado. Es una taza un poco más alta que una de tamaño estándar, por lo demás es igual que en la foto, colores muy vivos y los dibujos perfectos. Muy bonita !
