I bought size S for my Chihuahua and it fits very well. It’s an excellent option that prevents him from licking or biting himself. The quality of the item is very good. It is flexible, which makes it very practical and comfortable. I recommend it, excellent. 👍

Most people probably will be influenced by some reviews (as I was too) . I didnt try enough initially to adjust it properly, and Initially it seemed to me also that the cone didnt fit and I wanted to return it. But then I tried it again a few times and I was able to get it adjusted properly so he would not take it off. It stays on , but you have to really try your best to find the right level for your cat's comfort . I got a Medium size, and my cat is about 6 pounds. It's got very good velcro locking, soft edges, good thickness and not cracking type of plastic, it can be cleaned easliy , he can sleep with it comfortably , and once i clean his wound with iodine and Hibicleans antispetic foamy solution, this collar prevents him from scratching.

Pros: Good materials, pretty lightweight, good closure, easy to put on and take off, flexible enough to get through litter box door, cat tolerates it fairly well and hasn't escaped from it, and it prevents cat's mouth from reaching most of her body, and her claws from reaching her face. Cons: Medium size isn't quite deep enough to keep my 7.5# cat from getting hold of the tip of her tail. She uses the e-collar to pin her tail tip to the floor and hold it while she stretches her face down to bite the crap out of it. My cat may have feline hyperesthesia. Something is causing her to attack the tip of her tail viciously as if she thinks it's a snake following her everywhere. She's pulled the hair from the last 1/2", and made a bloody mess of the tip. As soon as it scabs over, she gets in a fight with it and chews it up again. If the problem were farther down her tail, or if she needed the e-collar for any other part of her body, I believe this e-collar would work perfectly. The only improvement I'd suggest is to add many rows of small, round holes (like binder holes) to allow sound and air to pass through it (and make it even lighter), and of course, for my cat's specific issue, make a deeper collar option. FYI, raise your cat's food and water dishes to be sure he/she can reach them while wearing this collar. My cat can reach her raised water fountain, but needs a 6" pedestal for her food bowl.

I got this because my cat, Kitana, got stung by some ants and was licking her fur out and her skin raw from the irritation. I kept this on her for a few weeks so her skin could heal and her hair could grow back. It worked great. Of course she hated it though, but it was a necessary evil to prevent a more serious issue. It didn't seem to hurt her or cause much discomfort beyond the obvious of cats not liking things that hinder their mobility. Before you buy I'd recommend taking a measurement of your pet's neck to confirm the right size. The listing's sizing chart seems pretty accurate. Can't beat the price either. Would recommend!

this cone is awesome and does exactly what it needs to do! its adjustable, easy to clean, and has plenty of room but is still secure! my cat cant lick his body or scratch his eye and he looks adorable! he also is able to sleep fine with it and its flexible.

Incredibly small. It would not fit around the neck of any of our three cats. It did seem to be made okay. It is adjustable sizing with a Velcro closure. But, again, the smallest option would maybe fit a beanie baby type toy. The largest wouldn’t fit a regular size cat.

Hi everyone I wanted to let you know that I got this product and it is adjustable I bought it so that when I grew my cat she can't get me or bite me or something like that so if it's really well she doesn't seem to like it but she'll get used to it it was a great value especially if I'm just wanting to try something out to see if that helps so it definitely is a great value it's strong material too

So much better than using the cone from the vet. First cone from the vet we tried was long enough, but too big in the neck. When we sized down the cone for it to fit her neck, she was able to reach her injured tail and pull out the stitches. Tricky to get off because the velcro scares my cat due to the sound it makes- reason why I took off one star.

This cone was to stop my cat from licking herself to death, literally. And it works, she's not happy about it but it will help her stay away from the doctors office. This product is easy to put on and so far she has accepted the fact that she has to wear this, despite the evil looks she gives me for it. This I would recommend to anyone who has a similar situation. Just don't leave the pet unattended for to long because they can not eat or drink with this cone on and it is also difficult for them to use the litter box with it on. Oh the things we do for our pets. For that reason I'm in.

This is comfortable for cats as the neck part is soft. The clear plastic is easy to wipe too. Make sure you measure your pets neck and add a centimetre or too so that your cat can breath.
