I have awful insomnia, so this saves me. it works quickly and it knocks me out for the whole night, which is great because i either take forever to fall asleep or i keep waking up repeatadly throughout the night. The flavor is pretty neutral, and it's not super chewy. So I think most people would be good with the texture.
