The sink looks smaller than I expected. Did I order the wrong one?

There are scratches on the sink. Was it used?

Our sinks are brand new, made of stainless steel. If you find scratches or damage, please take photos and tell us, we’ll help you solve the problem as soon as possible.

Is it a quality issue if the included cutting board is deformed?

Warping of the cutting board is not quality, Since wood is a natural material, exposure to water causes uneven drying on both sides, which may lead to slight bending. Wet the curved side, place a heavy object on top, 48h to restore flatness.

The sink leaks after installation. Is it defective?

Leaks are usually from sealing issues. Each sink comes with drain parts and gaskets—clean surfaces, install level, and add neutral sealant for best results.

Some accessories are missing. What should I do?

Package includes sink, drain, faucet, gaskets, and manual. If parts are missing or damaged, please message us through Amazon and we’ll fix it promptly.
