At Satan's Altar: A Collection of Prayers, Chants, Affirmations, Hymns, and Rituals

This is an excellent book for anyone who has ever suffered from the psychologically damaging prevalent religions of the West, all of which originated in the Middle East. Those whose Satanism is not thusly related to the Abrahamic faiths might be a bit turned off by the occasional references to them. Given the prevalance of such religions in the West, though, it is not unwise for the author to help inoculate us against their pernicious effects. But such occasional mentions notwithstanding, none of that detracts from the wealth of heartfelt and very creative prayers, chants, and hymns to our Infernal Shepherd the work provides. And there are six pages of affirmations averaging four to five lines each, an easily memorizable amount, for those who like to memorize brief inspirational quotes for times of particular need. Personally, I always prefer to originate my own worship, so it is unusual for me to even look at a book that shows someone else's version of it. But I must say that even one such as I, who has been on the LHP for more than 30 years, and who prides himself on actively philosophizing about and meditating on the meaning of our lives on Satan's great Earth and in The Dark Lord's Cosmos, can find countless examples in this original work that inspire me, either to memorize them as they are, or to create my own using the most excellent morsels for thought At Satan's Altar so often bestows. Hail Satan!

This book is amazingly helpful for anyone interested in honoring the dark lord Satan for the god of cosmos he is. It will teach you prayers to thank Satan, it will teach you chants for meditation, and will even teach you how to assemble an altar through which to invoke his darkness. I've recited prayers and made contact to Satan through this book and ever since I have been baptized in the unholy name of Satan. If you open yourself to this book, if you open yourself to Satan, you will start to realize things about the world around you and the universe at large. Additionally, this prayer book also makes an excellent addition to a Satanic altar, as all of this text is written to honor Satan. If you want to worship Satan, this is an amazing book to have around.

The book is nice quality. It feels soft to the touch and the pages aren’t see through

I really love this book. I am a beginner. But I can feel her devotion and love for Satan in her writings. The book is used but it appearance is acceptable. It have signs that shows it is used but not too much. The pages of the book are complete, not broken or dirty.

A beautiful book that has given wonderful advice on how to be a better Satanist and to connect with Satan on a very intimate level. Includes what is said on the cover as well as a detailed list on things that may be sacrificed or offered, the essentials for an altar, and rituals (some daily and some for special occasion). Any Satanist and anyone interested in Satanism should absolutely get this book!

Marie Ravensoul is presently an ex-Satanist, perhaps by way of having been scared off by a genuine paranormal experience. After finding Jesus, I'm sure, she stopped the publication of this and her other titles. She has much interesting content. Since having "pulled the plug" as it were on her occult publications, prices have skyrocketed on existing copies. I'm not certain that $300+ dollars is a reasonable amount, but collectables are truly only as much as one wishes to pay. Having said all of the above, let's pray that Sister Marie returns to the Devil's Fold and provides us with new content. This book does, indeed, deliver on what it promises. It gets results, apparently, so caveat emptor.

Ein wunderbares Buch von der lieben Marie RavenSoul. Es beinhaltet sämtliche Gebete zu bekannten Figuren wie Satan, Lucifer, Pan oder Iblis sowie Affirmationen und sogar Gebetsrituale. Allem in allem ist es ein gutes Buch und ich kann es jedem empfehlen!

This book would be a valuable addition to anybody's collection, be it for a newcomer or seasoned practitioner.I found it to be very well written and not overly complicated, absolutely ideal if you are new to this path and require no nonsense practical advice on spiritual practices and rituals dedicated to Satan. I especially found the prayers to Satan very good with plenty of choices and are extremely poignant at expressing a multitude of feelings and thoughts to father(I liked this a lot)there are also Hyms and chants of devotion to father and would work well in a coven with all the reverberation of ones voices to get that energy pulsating. The rituals in this book I have found to be very helpful and not overly complicated(not yet performed) and one especially is next on my list to do for father, there is also a ritual for Halloween in there, which I found to be a nice touch.I can highly recommend this book to any devotees of Satan and those who are interested in starting out on this new path, and a big thank you to Marie Ravensoul for writing this book.

This book delivers on its promise to appeal to long-time Satanists & those new to the path. Highly informative & presented in plain English so as not to be off-putting to anyone coming to Satanism for the first time, it also makes a valuable addition to the library of anyone seeking to expand their area of knowledge - I've been a practising Satanist for over twenty years & have already found some of the chants & prayers to be very useful. The author quite clearly knows what she's talking about & shares her experience in a way that's a joy to read - I can't recommend this book highly enough.
