I ordered this beautiful bag mostly for travel and wanted to wear it crossbody. I feel like there is something not right with the strap. I cannot make it crossbody length and if so, fits under armpit, very uncomfortable . Wearing it over the shoulder is not very long either. Will return, but just had such poor customer service.

The purse is nice but not 17.91" like the description says. It's less than 11"x11"x11". Returned it, because the description/measurements are not correct.

I thought it was bigger, but it turned out to be smaller. I didn’t realize how small it was until two months later, when I finally used it and found it was hard to fit my everyday things inside.
