No, only the regular light appears to be dimmable. The regular light has three levels of brightness.

Does it work on 220V or has a 5V adapter? Or what?

Yes. The wall cube adapter says 100 - 240 VAC, 50 - 60 Hz, .35A. Output is 12VDC.

Does it remember your last brightness setting when you turn it off and back on? Or do you have to cycle through the settings to get it to turn off?

this was a gift, but I’m almost certain that the lamp doesn’t remember the last setting. Therefore, you need to cycle thru to find setting you want.
