It's okay, grip is kinda slippy
The grips are are not very grippy, so it often slips from my hand a bit and unwraps itself. Esp on higher weights.

Canโt grip the handles , loose nut at the bottom of weight
Very hard to get a grip it just slides through your hands , and there is a nut that comes loose at the bottom of the weight.

Best for arm workout
It works well and very sturdy I'd recommend this product over its competitors as the strap can hold more weight. I'm only using 20 lbs but I've tried 40 on it just to try it out and it works well
