I purchased this to use on my steel statue pan used when camping as it didn’t come with a lid. Waited until after using it on a camping trip before reviewing it but rit did not disappoint- it worked perfectly on the 12” pan. I chose this one partly due to the glass (instead of plastic or silicone) nabs because it looked like it would fit nicely in the pan. It covered the pan well, the knob did not get hot, and it stood up to being bounced around in a drawer while driving down a bumpy road. With the wide band around the glass it will also work on other slightly smaller pans which saves me packing multiple lids. Quality product.

My wife bought me a stupidly large pan, that is very functional and I enjoy, but it had no lid...until now. This lid is excellent. Nothing sticks to it, easy to clean up. Nicely fits the stupidly large skillet, and seems very durable. Worth every penny to not get spattered, and also great for slow cooking.

I knocked my HUGE glass lid off the counter and after we cleaned up the explosion of glass, I got to work finding a replacement.This lid is awesome! It fits so many of my large pans. You know how pot and pan sets usualy come with that ONE lid that fits 2 pots and you need both pots? Not a problem! I have used this on, so far, 2 different size pans and couldn't be happier.Storage - yes, you store your big pan so the lid will fit, right? This lid is HUGE. It's bigger than my biggest pot so I have issues when I put it away. It gets tricky. The silicone is most likely bigger than the pan that fits in that cabinet.It's on the heavy side but not much more than a big glass lid would. The size and the thickness of the silicone just adds more.Cleans up easy. I don't use the dishwasher for 2 reasons. It's too big and the one time I did, the silicone had a white coating on it, (like most silicone does) it wiped off.After looking at other lids, this is definitely a GREAT value!I would and have recommended this to friends.

Fits 13, 14, and 15 inch pans snugly with no rattling. Clear glass top, adjustable steam vent, cool-touch handle. Solid build and saves cabinet space. Perfect solution for anyone with mismatched cookware. Would buy again.

I recently purchased the Staub 13" Fry Cast Iron Fry Pan with dual handles and a lid was not included, so off I went in search for a glass lid that would be compatible with the Staub cast iron fry pan. I searched on Amazon and discovered this GDDGUCO Universal Tempered Glass Pan Lid in Black Silicone. So, I purchased it based on the positive reviews and mostly for the it's lid features, as tempered glass and steam venting. A few days ago, it arrived at my door in a huge cardboard box; the lid was a very easy assemble. After washing the lid in warm soapy water, I placed it on my Staub Fry Pan. It fit perfectly, and I discovered while carefully examining the lid while it sat a top of the Fry Pan, it formed a tight perfect seal. This lid looks as though it was made expressly for the Staub 13" Fry/Paella Cast Iron Pan. It is a very attractive glass lid. I eventually did use the lid on my 13" inch Fry/Paella pan and fit. Because of the three size grooves in the pan, one has to move the lid on the pan to ensure a proper tight seal. This lid cooked my food thoroughly, and I did clean up nicely, although one must carefully ensure to dry the silicone grooves completely after washing. Did I mention how attractive the lid is? I hope this review was helpful.

Finally found a lid to fit our 13” cast iron pan! Sure glad we don’t have to use cookie baking sheets anymore :)It’s big, but easy to clean and works perfectly, no steam running out the sides, keeps the splashes down and is a good heavy (as in not flimsy or cheap) quality - very happy!!

The screw to attach the handle to the pan lid is defective and therefore makes the lid unusable.
