Very easy to use, can place on shoulder, arm or wrist. Smell is plenty pleasant, thin but not too thin, no skin irritation since I have sensitive skin. Just put on and in the morning just pull off, no pulling skin.The size is a perfect size and you don't even know it's on.

All in all this is a pretty good product. The designs on them are my favorite thing about these. The product itself works great for my husband. We will a re-order in the future.

These didnt help me fall asleep at all, but they did help me stay asleep and I couldn't wake up at all. Like when I woke up today I was so tired and drowsy too. So I won't be using them everyday I don't think.
