Hip Abductor works really well
I absolutely love this hip abductor, it is small but it does the job for me. I need it to help with hip strength as I am an older adult, this is great for any age though. I recommend it for the function and the price. It was also easy to put together - resistance is perfect - very sturdy.

It we works well, however I meant to order the abductor and adductor combination machine. I still love it. Also it was not expensive.

Very pleased
Five stars for ease of assembly and size. Very compact. For a quality butt lifting experience use resistance bands at simultaneously. Bands alone dont do the trick and this alone is just shy of the neccessary resistance but in tandem it's near ideal especially if youre buying it to be in the gym less often. I still reinforce the effort required from the giant gym machines but this definitely shows results. You'll play with your posture to find the right position to focus on lifting lower glutes.. it's a different posture than you're probably accustomed to at the gym.

Nice machine!
Love this machine. Yes its small but perfect for my home gym and working out. I use my own resistance bands and it makes it that much better. Assemble was super easy as the screws already came in their parts and it was a matter of using the tool to built it. Not hard at all, took me 20 minutes total. Im happy with my purchase.

Easy to assemble
I like the machine. Overall the weight/resistance is definitely not 55-65 lbs like the listing states. It's closer to 30lbs. I added the resistance band that came with it and got it closer to 40-45 lbs. Which is good for now. I have other bands I can add later perhaps when I want more resistance. It came on time and it was easy to put together.

For a beginner this is great, it was fairly easy to set up too. It looks small at first but I'm 5'9 and it's perfect.
