I bought this twice, the first one arrived in tip top shape and the gonggis are perfect, sturdy and really well done. The second one that arrived today, the packaging was broken and open (guess the delivery guys put heavy thing on it) and unfortunately the gonggis were broken, three of them are in good shape (badly manufactured though) and two of them the caps were off and the metal balls inside fell everywhere on the floor and i didn’t even play with them just open the box and put them in my hand. It’s too bad but the serum is in perfect condition and well recommended ! That’s why I give 5, it’s a good product.

I saw that some peoples gongi pieces were breaking which did happen to me but they aren't broken! I took the caps off myself and put a dot of super glue and now it’s on there for good! These are the best gongi I’ve been able to find and I kind of appreciated knowing they are weighted! Also the serum looks great and smells wonderful◡̈

I got the serum mostly for the gonggi, they're pretty fun to play but I thought there be more weight to it, since Koreans have said gonggi are weighted. These gonggi are nice but after a few play one of them broke and the weights went everywhere, I was able to put them back in and close the top, but I would assume they'd be glue down so things like this doesn't happen. I thought I got a defect batch but it seems others are experiencing it as well. As for the serum it's pretty light weight and not sticky, it does have a bit of a tea smell when you first apply but it isn't really a bother. I've only been using it for 3 days so I haven't seen any drastic change yet. But overall the serum is good, gonggi was quite disappointing, I'm scared to play with them again in case they break, again... with how expensive the serum cost you expect the toy to be well made.

So it’s only been a week since I started using this serum, and I honestly love it. I bought the squid game collab because it was cheaper than without it, but I still love squid game so it’s a win-win. I mainly wanted the serum as I’ve been looking for something that’ll help my skin from pilling and nothing has been working until I tried this serum. It doesn’t have an overly strong smell, but if you put the serum on your fingers you can smell the tea tree oil in it. I’ve been having such a hard time trying to find skin products that work for me. I was using The Ordinary serums, Neutrogena creams, exfoliators, you named it. I didn’t overly use and I switched my routine to see if my skin would like something better, but nothing. I wasted a ton of money on American products that was not doing well on my skin. My skin isn’t super oily but it’s not extremely dry either. I don’t know what it is. My skin has always been sensitive though. This serum is gentle and seems to have good ingredients compared to American products, and the price is affordable which makes me so happy. I’ve only been using it for a week so I don’t have major skin updates, but I believe it’s working well with my rosacea. I will definitely be buying this serum again and recommend to anyone that has sensitive skin or can’t find the right serum for their skin to use Korean products, not American

It’s gentle enough to use daily and I noticed less breakouts overall so it’s working! I have oily skin and its not sticky or very heavy. Doesn’t really smell like much. Just bought another, breakouts stopped in their tracks. love it so much and so does my skin
