Cats adapted to it very quickly. Low odor due to container for urine clumps and feces. Easy to clean when needed. Quiet operation. Kinda large footprint.

I bought this machine because two other family members have these machines and rave about them. Well, they were right. First off the app is not that difficult. Secondly buy the right litter, I recommend buying lightweight better. I don’t know why people would have problem with the box not working, but maybe they’re not following the directions because I’ve had nothing but perfect results from mine. I do only have one cat and he uses it twice in 24 hours. Yes I can monitor how often he’s using it and I love that. When we’re out of the country. I still was able to monitor his usage of it. Can’t say enough, loving machine.

It works great, but the basin is fabric, I haven't figured out how to deep clean it. I empty the liter every 2weeks and have to take skrews out then the rake then the plastic guard off the front then the fabric basin. Really wish the basin was plastic or stainless steal. Putting it back together is also a pain. Works great, I personally don't use the app.

Ten stars -- five for the product and five for the company. Fantastic product and even better company. When there was a problem caused by the shipping company, Popur very quickly moved to make things right. We've had the X5 for over three weeks -- our two cats love it (the kitten a little too much, she's fascinated by the movement and sometimes surfs on top of it as it flips), and we just emptied the box for the first time. Highly recommend the company and the product. We did a lot of research on the other options and talked to our son and daughter-in-law who have one, and are glad we ended up with Popur. The only drawback is that the app can be a little flaky; a little better documentation to understand the settings and options would be useful. But did I mention no scooping? Ever? So awesome. And it doesn't make sense, but we seem to be using less litter than with a normal litter box. Highly recommended.

It is so messy litter gets everywhere even with mat under the machine and. Very bulky. Difficult to keep clean and the odor has been a challenge to keep contained. Would not recommend looking for replacement. Was too expensive to have not improved my need for constant. Checking on litter. Very disappointed

I bought this in April of last year, and after using it for less than a year, I honestly have a lot of complaints, but I'll start with the good and get into the *ahem* crappy. I do like that the dump box is fairly large, and the box itself is open enough my cats aren't scared to use it. I foster cats, so I have between 4-7 cats at a given time and change the bag about every 2-3 days. It also seems very safe for my cats. It was fairly easy to assemble, although it is very heavy. I liked that it would weigh my cats and track them, and it was one of the main reasons I purchased this box, but it has never done that. Never, not once, has the app updated with information about any of my cats using the litter box, their weight changes, or anything else. Until yesterday, it also never notified me when the dump box was full. When I got the notification yesterday I was pleasantly surprised, but frankly it's too little too late at this point. The first cardboard box they gave me somehow absorbed a bunch of moisture THROUGH THE BAG and got all warped, causing the litter box to dump literal crap all over my floor. It periodically decides that the dump box is full when it isn't and stops scooping itself, and then the cats won't use it. And sometimes it stops even when it doesn't say the dump box is full. It doesn't notify me when it's low on litter, and while it's not obnoxiously loud, it's definitely not quiet. Finally, while it's less stinky than a standard open litter box, this is definitely not odor-free. All in all, the best I can say about this litter box is that it replaced two smaller ones, it isn't going to hurt my cats, and I don't have to scoop for an extra day or two on the days when it functions correctly, and when it doesn't function like it's supposed to, it's nice to be able to push a button to clean the litterbox. If I could go back in time though, I would put my money towards a catlink or a litter robot no questions asked.

Love!! My cats always use it and it cleans automatically, to clean it closes from the bottom but it’s kind of loud,, sends notifications to your phone when it cleans. It’s very strong, I think it’s worth it!!

I cannot love this enough. We have two cats and actually ended up buying two of these. They’ve made such a difference—cutting down on smell, reducing litter waste, and keeping everything cleaner overall. The cats seem to really like the open design too. It’s been a total game changer for our household!
