Bought this for our son and he has been using it everyday. Adjusting the resistance is super easy and the quality overall feels great. Sure you can spend a ton of money on this stuff but we are very happy with the quality and durability. For us, starting low around 15lbs was key for our son and his physical therapy. He also likes using the device for individual fingers, not that he plays guitar but what he has gone through has left one of his hands very weak and these are helping build his strength. Thank you

The kit comes with six different tools to build your finger and wrist strenth. The kit is made in China and the quality of material is good and meet my expectations. For the price it's a good grip strength trainer kit. The finger strengthener was small for my fingers, everything else works. High recommendation.

My son wanted something for grip and hand strength training, and this kit worked out well. It includes a lot of variety, so he can switch between different resistance levels and tools depending on the workout. Everything feels solid enough for regular use. For the price, it’s a really good value compared to buying each piece separately. It’s been a simple but effective setup for building strength at home.

This is a good combination of hand strengthening tools. None are well made, but will do fine for a physical therapy after an injury.
