**Q: Is this a 22inch sub? Thank you**
A: Haha no, the 22 is part of the product's name it means dual 2 ohm voice coil which is beneficial when wiring up one or more to an amp so you can match up the amp's rated continuous power at a certain ohm level. Many amps are 2 ohm stable yet mine is 1 ohm which is nice and very expensive ones are even less making for an extremely efficient flow of power. You want the wiring resistance of the subs to match ohms of the amp for the most efficient power. If the subs wiring is higher than the amp the amp will not be able to push its max power to the subs. But even worse, if the wiring is lower than the rated ohm level on the amp then the amp can push too much power because there is not enough resistance. Research it, get on some forums, or do what I did and learn the hard way haha.
