Cane sugar. All the flavors I have list cane sugar as the first ingredient.

What size pump fits these bottles?

They are TINY so I don't know that any pump would fit. They are small samples of their flavors. No bigger than my fist.

Are they non-alcoholic? Or do they contain traces of alcohol?

Non alcoholic, they can be used WITH alcohol to make tasty drinks though!
