Excellent product! I just started using 0.05% tretinoin and this cleanser along with the same brand moisturizer, and it SAVED my skin. I do not have sensitive skin typically (but acne prone) and I was using a BP face wash, but you cannot use active ingredients with tret so I needed a nice, gentle cleanser. My skin was getting really bad in the purge stage, but as soon as I switched over to the Vanicream cleanser it started to mellow out and clear up in a matter of days. Bumps started to flatten, no more redness and sensitivity. I like that it lathers well and removes dirt, makeup, oils with ease. I also like that their is no fragrance. Also my skin doesn't feel dry and tight after, just feels clean and soft. DISCLAIMER: only been using for a week but results are very good.

This facial cleanser is so pure and safe for all skin types that it was recommended to me by my doctor at Mayo Clinic and it is one of the few brands sold in their pharmacies and sundries stores. Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleaner, is made without Common Irritants but gently removes dirt, oil, and makeup without drying or irritating the skin. Vanicream leaves your skin feeling clean, soft, and refreshed, never tight. Formulated without common irritants, it contains no soap, sulfates, gluten, dyes, lanolin, parabens, or formaldehyde releasers. Non-comedogenic, meaning it won’t clog pores. It is pH-balanced and Dermatologist-tested and accepted by the National Eczema Association. Some people say it is the same ingredients as the gentle body cleanser, but they have different ingredients and are not the same--but both are WONDERFUL.

I wash my face about 14x/week and I use this roughly 10 of those washes (mostly mornings), because I go to bed with a clean face and just want a gentle, effective reset. Ingredient nerd note (why it feels gentle): This uses glycerin (hydration support) plus milder cleansing agents like coco glucoside and sodium cocoyl glycinate to lift oil/makeup without leaving my skin feeling squeaky-clean and dry. No fragrance is a huge win for my sensitive skin. I rotate cleansers based on hormones/breakouts: when my skin is dry and calm, this is my go-to. My favorite face wash. it’s mild but it does the job. on days where I need to clean more buildup I use a little exfoliating sponge but for most days just the face wash works. It doesn’t leave my face irritated and there is basically no scent. my face doesn’t feel stripped of everything but definitely clean. I like to pair it with their face moisturizer.

This is a very gentle cleanser. It gets all my makeup off but leaves the skin soft. Great for eye makeup it doesn’t burn the eyes at all.

I honestly don’t know what my husband would do without this cleanser. He struggles with seborrheic dermatitis, and finding something that doesn’t trigger a flare-up is usually a nightmare, but this stuff is absolute gold. It’s so gentle on his skin, no fragrance or weird oily texture and the fact that it’s less than $10 is honestly a steal for the amount you get in a bottle. We’ve repurchased multiple bottles at this point because it’s a total staple in his routine now. He has tried EVERYTHING even prescribed stuff from the dermatologist but nothing worked until we found this. It’s also super easy to dispense and use with the pump, so there’s no mess or hassle. If you're looking for something that actually works for sensitive skin without breaking the bank, just get it!

Super great cleanser. I have been using it for a while at first I started off with a smaller bottle and when I got good results I moved on with the pump so it lasts me longer. And it is doing the job of lasting because I have had it for months since the middle of last year. I have had trouble finding the right cleanser for me because I feel like I would get clouded with what's known to work instead of choosing something based on how my skin has broken out and what was needed. Just because it works for everyone else does not mean it will for you because everyone's skin is different. If you are like how I was like, pay attention to how your skin breaks out instead of just grabbing whatever is cheapest not that it's not bad considering this is also a decent price but at least read the ingredients as well! It's super important. (From experience) But the REAL results I've gotten from this cleanser is my skin feeling super soft and even blemishes going down. It helps when you happen to pop a pimple and it gets all gross too. It also has helped with redness and itchiness I normally use it when I start to feel itchy which for me it means a pimple is coming in so it kind of calms my skin before it appears. Or if it's starting to appear from scratching my face feeling itchy, it goes down after a few days. Helpful for sensitive skin.

I purchased this to put in my office. I used it when my face feels oily. So far so good. Feels clean after wash.

I’ve been trying to deal with seb derm on my forehead and this cleanser isn’t aggravating it or drying out my skin. It lathers up into a really nice foam, no scent, and feels great on my face! I feel like it’s doing a great job keeping my skin clean and clear! Will buy again!

Good cleans well but doesn’t remove eye make up. The price is affordable.
