Ground Beef, 73% Lean/27% Fat, 3 lb

This ground beef is fresh and delicious, it does cook off more fat oil left in the pan , so be aware before you cook hamburgers cause the amount of meat you smash into a burger is going to shrink for sure. Quality is still high though it’s less expensive and be mindful it’s 73% so you’ll lose a third of what you put into a burger before you cook it.

What can I say? It's ground beef and it tastes like ground beef and Cooks like ground beef, but what sets it apart is the absolutely phenomenal price considering what grocery stores are charging.

Not the best hamburger, but it's a great price for us to be able to feed it to the dog. He's on a special no fowl diet and this beef is working out well. Mix with veggies and he loves it!

We use a lot of ground beef. This was a reasonably priced item. We were able to split it up into 3pound packages. A little more grease than we wanted but once you drain it the meat is good
